Associate of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies
The Ashworth College Associate of Science Degree Program in Paralegal Studies offers a convenient distance learning program. It begins with courses in business, communications, and social sciences. These are all important, career enhancement areas that overlap the legal field.
Our comprehensive, home study curriculum includes instruction in civil litigation, business law, real estate law, torts, family law, and the law of wills, trusts, and estates. These are highly focused paralegal studies courses that allow you to learn six of the most important areas of the legal field.
Build practical skills on a solid foundation of knowledge. Additional courses cover important aspects of paralegal careers, such as how to: support a supervising attorney, interview clients and witnesses, investigate facts, draft documents, do legal research, make preparations for court, and more.
